Sr Project Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead large-scale projects and drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities

Lead project planning efforts, defining deliverables and setting timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Manage cross-functional teams, including employees, contractors, and vendors, across various locations.

Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to overcome project challenges.

Communicate project status and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Oversee financial forecasting, tracking actuals, and explaining variances to maintain project budget integrity.

Drive project activities and facilitate resolutions, escalating issues as necessary. Skills

Extensive project management experience with a history of managing budgets of $5M or greater.

Strong background in software implementation and vendor management, including RFP processes and SOW creation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and workshops effectively.

Proven ability to manage change in projects impacting large user groups.

Experience in financial control and accrual-based accounting. Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Background in utility and GIS projects.
