To assist with this, we are looking for a Help Desk Tech to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and helping peers troubleshoot technical issues. Your primary mission will be to keep users productive by resolving technical problems quickly and efficiently.

User Support & Troubleshooting

Account & Access Management

System Monitoring & Maintenance

Documentation & Ticketing

Onboarding & Offboarding devices

Basic Network Support

Pay: $17 - $18 an hour

Hours and Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k), PTO, and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20–30% additional income to the pay range.
