Engineering Technician

Client: Robotics Company

Details:

6-Month contract, with potential extension.

40-50 hours per week. (Potential work on weekends).

Full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and PCB components.

Use Linux tools and diagnostics to support robot bring-up and performance.

Operate CNC machines, 3D printers, and other equipment for part fabrication and rework.

Develop work instructions, CAD fixtures, and process improvements to streamline assembly.

Track fleet health and manage inventory using tools like Jira and internal systems.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with robotics or electromechanical systems.

Skilled in cable assembly, PCB rework (including fine-pitch SMT), and part fabrication using CNC and 3D printing.

Proficient with CAD and standard engineering tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

US citizen or hold a valid EAD card.
