Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless integration of hospital case management technology into clinical operations, enhancing patient care and improving workflow efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with clinical staff, providing training, troubleshooting, and support during implementation and go-live phases, with travel to various facilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of case management technology, ensuring it aligns with clinical workflows and enhances operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support to clinical staff during pre-implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
• Coordinate training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in using the software and can access necessary system functionalities.
• Identify and escalate software or access issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Travel to multiple healthcare facilities, spending time in patient care units to support implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and standardized approach to training and education delivery.
• Monitor progress and address challenges during implementation, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Assist in planning and executing pre-go-live tasks while troubleshooting issues to support smooth transitions.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on system functionality and clinical workflows, offering guidance as needed.• At least 1 year of experience in implementation, preferably within a healthcare or software environment.
• Basic knowledge of any healthcare-related system, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to travel to various facilities, including extended stays of one to two weeks as needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and case management processes is a plus.
• Experience with training, troubleshooting, and supporting system users.
• Proficiency in time management and decision-making to meet project deadlines.
