Are you looking to grow your HR career? We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a direct hire position with standard business hours.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of overseeing HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in benefits administration, employee relations, and development strategies. They are looking for someone with 8+ years of professional HR experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations for a team of 85 employees, with potential growth to support up to 150 employees.

• Develop and implement employee improvement plans to drive growth and performance.

• Oversee benefits administration, including 401K management and employee enrollment.

• Conduct employee and attorney evaluations, ensuring consistent follow-ups throughout the year.

• Design and execute development programs tailored to organizational needs.

• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Streamline onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions.

• Handle hiring and termination processes with professionalism and compliance.

• Collaborate with practice group leaders to establish review processes and conduct regular check-ins.

• Organize morale-boosting activities, such as team events or holiday celebrations, to enhance workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of benefits functions, including 401K and health insurance administration.

• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

• In-depth understanding of compliance regulations and HR policies.

• Expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead hiring processes and manage onboarding programs.

• Experience implementing HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.

• Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale through creative initiatives.
