Job Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in LaGrange, KY. This role is tailored for a nurse proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase software. Provide quality patient care in a dynamic home health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed patient assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation

Develop customized care plans to meet patients' individual health needs

Deliver nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient monitoring

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve care goals

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Kentucky

Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required

2 years of Home Health experience preferred

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission

Locals and travelers both accepted
