Our software replaces or extends the tech our customers use across marketing, sales, after-sales, and the order-to-cash cycle. About the Role
You’ll manage a team of 5–7 reps who prospect and schedule meetings with C/VP-level decision-makers.
Your job isn’t to “sell”—it’s to help prospects explore whether our software can help them reach their goals.
Over 75% of your conversations will be with people who’ve worked in sales—they’ll know what they need, and they’ll expect you to understand them.
What We’re Looking For
US Citizens only, ideally aged 30–50 (but younger applicants with relevant experience are welcome).
Experience in manufacturing, sales leadership, or B2B prospecting is a big plus.
You should be comfortable working remotely, with your own laptop and smartphone during probation.
Willingness to travel occasionally (no more than 10 days/year).
Full-time preferred, but we welcome applications from veterans, mothers returning to work, or others with compelling reasons for part-time.
Compensation
Base salary : Based on Experience and fit for the role.
Commissions: Expect : $50,000–$100,000 annually in commissions
Bonuses: When customers you bring in stay long-term, your bonus can be 25%–50% over your annual commissions.
