Minimum 1+ years counselor experience required.

Seeking a dedicated professional for a full-semester contract position in a K-12 educational environment located in East Aurora, NY. This role focuses on providing comprehensive counseling services to students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications:

Valid School Counselor License in New York

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents

Knowledge of counseling techniques and educational policies

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students to support their emotional and social development

Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and implement appropriate interventions

Develop and maintain student records and progress reports
