A Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

B Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Inspire and Educate: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new warehouse associates, utilizing our existing learning resources like SOPs, hands-on models, and visual aids.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze training needs and proactively recommend targeted training plans to enhance team skills.

What You'll Achieve:

Suggest and implement improved methods and procedures, or even establish entirely new ones to optimize our operations.

Observe and evaluate trainees to gauge their progress and assess the effectiveness of our training programs.

Provide regular and insightful reports to management, detailing training hours and the specific skills achieved by our new team members.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse environment – you know the ins and outs!

Solid knowledge of warehousing best practices, safety regulations, and efficient operations. You're also comfortable operating warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners.

Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally including Logiwa, S1W, and handheld scanners – you're tech-savvy in the warehouse!

Ability to easily understand and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals – you're detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Self-starter mentality: You're capable of following instructions and working independently with confidence.

Exceptional collaboration skills: You can work effectively with all levels of management, your peers, and our enthusiastic new trainees.

Bonus Points:

You have previous experience in training or mentoring others – you're a natural teacher!

You have experience in writing or editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – you can document best practices effectively.

You're bilingual in Spanish – you can connect with an even wider range of our team!

You have knowledge of multiple WMS (Invia, Signal, Logiwa, etc.) – you're a WMS whiz!
