Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems and infrastructure. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) supports systems across a large footprint and ensures the availability, performance, and security of enterprise applications and cloud-based services.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain device management frameworks (JAMF, Google Admin)
Oversee identity management and cloud services (Okta, Google Admin, Office 365)
Support and troubleshoot Gmail routing, spam filtering, Zoom phone systems
Create and maintain system integrations and automations
Act as Tier 3 escalation for HelpDesk
Implement and monitor security practices and data retention policies
Provide support to DevOps and engineering teams
Manage lifecycle for Linux/Unix (Apple Mac OS/iOS) systems

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or 7+ years of experience
5+ years providing technical support in an enterprise environment
Experience supporting 25+ distributed office locations
Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Apple DEP, JAMF Pro)
Familiarity with ITSM tools and eDiscovery processes
Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder interaction skills
