Your Mission:

Own the Project Lifecycle: Lead structural designs from concept to production, ensuring accuracy and innovation.

Solve Real-World Challenges: Develop optimal, code-compliant solutions for diverse site conditions.

Set the Standard: Apply and uphold rigorous industry codes (AASHTO, AISC, etc.).

Collaborate & Lead: Drive project efficiency with sales, production, and design teams.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven Expertise - 5+ years in structural design, with experience in bridge or prefabricated structures preferred.

Leadership Experience - 2+ years managing projects

Technical Mastery - Strong knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer (or other Finite Element Analysis Programs) structural materials, and fabrication methods.

Problem-Solving Mindset - A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and seeks innovative solutions.

Strong Communicator - Able to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external partners
