We are looking for a skilled Digital Product Owner to lead strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation and analytics within the banking sector. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to drive innovation in member engagement, channel optimization, and business intelligence, ensuring impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. Located in North Haven, Connecticut, this role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across departments, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and analytics strategy to enhance member engagement and drive organizational growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to design and implement transformation roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
• Identify and manage vendor partnerships to accelerate digital banking innovations and facilitate test-and-learn opportunities.
• Lead the design and functionality of digital channels, ensuring they deliver best-in-class client experiences and seamless integration with advisory services.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of detailed project plans for mobile platforms, including product launches, integrations, and annual budgets.
• Provide thought leadership on digital ecosystem strategies, driving innovation in mobile, data, and banking platforms.
• Establish agile operating models to embed analytics into operational and strategic processes, ensuring swift response to business needs.
• Guide the development of internal dashboards, reports, and business applications that are scalable and meet organizational requirements.
• Build business cases in collaboration with IT and business units, balancing visionary goals with technical feasibility.
• Monitor project outcomes using established key results to evaluate execution quality and impact.• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital product management or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven expertise in banking mobile platforms is mandatory, with experience in a banking core preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex project-related challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, and AB testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and artificial intelligence.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
