Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will be responsible for setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will operate various hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes. Your role will involve working around suspended loads and high-tension strands, accessing scaffolds and other elevated work platforms, and undertaking general laborer duties and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Set up molds and assemble rebar cages.
Pour and finish concrete, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Operate a range of hand and power tools effectively.
Utilize measuring devices for precision in tasks.
Operate mobile equipment and cranes safely.
Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands.
Access scaffolds and elevated work platforms securely.
Perform general laborer duties and assist with special projects.Essential Skills
Experience in general construction.
Proficiency with tape measures and hand tools.
Ability to utilize general labor and hand tool experience to assist carpenters.
Familiarity with construction, production, and concrete work.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Positions available include general production workers, batch plant operators, drivers, concrete finishers, rigging crew members, carpenters, welders, and mechanics.

Work Environment
Work indoors in a production environment. Assist with shoveling concrete in a production setting. No certifications are required; however, steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $30.00/hr.
