What You'll Do:
Be the Hero: Oversee the daily operations and health of our core banking system, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Automate and Innovate: Manage and enhance process automation using tools like Symitar, OpCon, and PowerOn. Your scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) will shine here!
Collaborate: Work with a fantastic team to coordinate and test software updates, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
Support and Secure: Provide after-hours support for critical updates, maintain secure file transfers, and implement robust security protocols.
Document and Improve: Develop clear documentation for all system processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in supporting core banking or similarly critical systems in a regulated environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with managed file transfer systems, automation tools, Windows Server environments, scripting, and SQL.
Problem-Solving Skills: You can troubleshoot like a pro and find solutions quickly.
Team Player: You're great at working with others and communicating effectively.
