Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Chester, SC. This role requires strong home health experience, including OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase proficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create care plans

Deliver quality home health care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

Complete OASIS documentation accurately and efficiently using Homecare Homebase

Educate patients and families on home care management

Rotate on-call duties as required

Qualifications:

Active RN license in South Carolina

At least 2 years of recent home health experience

Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required

Current BLS certification (AHA)

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
