What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to online and phone inquiries about vehicles
Guide customers through the virtual sales process
Schedule test drives and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Provide accurate vehicle information and recommendations
Maintain detailed records of leads and communications
Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable with phone, email, and digital engagement
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
Automotive knowledge is a plus — but not required
