Part-Time Cognitive Coach – Educators & Special Ed Pros Welcome!

We’re looking for experienced educators, special education professionals, behavioral specialists, college students or retired teachers who want to make a lasting impact in a supportive, science-based environment.
What You’ll Do
Work one-on-one with children and teens in a structured, brain-based program
Guide students through physical, cognitive, and sensory activities
Encourage progress with positive, consistent coaching
Collaborate with a passionate team to implement individualized plans
Create a motivating space focused on growth—not labels or limitations
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have a background in education, special ed, ABA, behavior intervention, or child development
Love working with children and teens
Are organized, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic about helping others grow
Hold at least a college degree (advanced certifications a plus!)
Are available for afternoon and early evening shifts
Schedule:
Primary hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs 2:30pm -7:15pm
No weekends! Hours a week 15–18
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $$15 to $16 per hour

Brain Balance is a holistic, non-medical program designed to help children and young adults improve focus, behavior, social skills, and academic performance. Using a customized approach that combines physical exercises, sensory-motor training, cognitive activities, and nutrition guidance, Brain Balance aims to strengthen the connections in the brain that support learning and development. The program is particularly beneficial for individuals with challenges related to ADHD, learning disorders, anxiety, and processing issues.
