Job Description

Join our dynamic machine job shop where you will work on or around CNC Mazak machines. Your role involves setting up machines, loading and unloading them, measuring and cleaning parts, and ensuring the proper functioning of machines and materials. You will be creating a variety of parts for diverse customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Set up CNC Mazak machines for operation.

Load and unload materials from machines.

Measure and clean parts to ensure quality standards.

Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of machines and materials.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.

Proficient in measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Experience with machine operation, including loading, unloading, and setup.

Troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

No additional formal qualifications required; training will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
