Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Marlton, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timely updating of order information within our fulfillment process. This is an in-person position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and we are seeking someone who can start promptly to meet immediate needs.
Responsibilities:
• Input and update order details, including tracking numbers and delivery dates, into the system with accuracy.
• Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed within set deadlines to maintain operational efficiency.
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure the accuracy of order records.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or missing information in orders.
• Maintain organized records of all entered data for easy reference and reporting.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to the fulfillment process as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
