Summary:

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team! We are looking for a go getter, self-starter candidate, who could identify and contact potential leads (OUT GOING CALLS). Then, set an appointment to meet with our Sales Representatives. We are seeking someone with great attitude and excellent phone skills. Our ideal candidate is patient, persistent, and determined. Our ideal candidate uses their charisma and common sense to connect with the decision maker and schedule an appointment.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Is great with time management and has strong self-ownership and accountability

Basic computer knowledge

Treats people with respect; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity

Duties:

Make appointment for our Sales Representatives

Generate new business pipelines through out bound calling, and emailing

Ability to be on the phone and generate appointments during the entirety of the shift

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Ability to meet goals and work well under pressure
