General Laborers Needed – Immediate Start in Airway Heights, WA

Pay: $20–$24/hour + Full Benefits

Shifts Available: Day & Swing

We’re hiring motivated General Laborers to join our team in Airway Heights! If you're ready to work with steel, learn new skills, and grow in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and transport steel plates (up to 75 lbs)

Read and interpret blueprints for layout and assembly

Use hand and power tools (grinders, magnetic drills, tape measures)

Prepare materials for welding (cleaning, rust removal)

Track parts using internal software

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)

Organize and deliver pre-cut steel plates to machining areas

Ideal Candidate

Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs regularly

Experience in metal fabrication, grinding, or assembly is a plus

Eager to learn and work in a team-oriented environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
