Experienced Bandsaw/Shear Operator

Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a Bandsaw/Shear and Machine Operators to become an integral part of one of our client's teams in the NW part of Houston.

Job Description:

Minimum 2 years experience in a machine shop

Must have Forklift experience

Able to function in a production environment

Able to operate an overhead crane

Able to read mechanical drawings

Able to operate an automatic band saw

Cut customer orders to customer specifications using metal cutting equipment such as saws, hydraulic shear

Safely operate forklift to move material around the Warehouse

Receive, identify and stock incoming materials, as required

Inventory maintenance control

Assist in proper maintenance of equipment (saws, forklift etc.) ensuring safety first for everyone

Ensure Warehouse is clean, organized and safe at all times

Perform other duties as requested

Pay scale to $16-$18 per hour.

**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5-panel Drug screen, and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
