Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist - Experienced

Job Type: Full-Time, 40+ Hours per Week

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC lathes or mills, setting up and running small batch parts, and ensuring precision machining. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid CNC experience who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes or mills, including Fanuc and Haas controls.

Perform CNC setup and production of small batch parts, ensuring high-quality results.

Utilize precision measuring tools and devices for part inspection.

Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, technical drawings, and verbal/written instructions.

Edit G-code and M-code as needed for part programming and adjustments.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

Conventional machining knowledge and tool grinding/sharpening are a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining (lathe or mill).

Proficiency with Fanuc and Haas controls.

Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

Conventional machining skills are an advantage.

Tool grinding and sharpening experience is a plus.
