Job Details

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC mill machines to produce high-quality parts.

Load and unload materials, tools, fixtures and work pieces onto machines.

Start and stop the machines in accordance with safety protocols.

Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.

Perform regular maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or malfunctions with the machines.

Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist in the manufacturing industry.

Proficient in CNC machine operation, including loading and unloading materials, starting and stopping machines, and using different tools.

Excellent blueprint reading skills.

Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
