Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is seeking a

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient clinic in Northridge, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a

supportive, mission-driven environment focused on comprehensive primary care and population health.

Opportunity Highlights

Full-time, outpatient primary care position at a busy, multi-specialty clinic

Collaborate with a team of experienced family medicine physicians and APPs

Provide care for patients of all ages, with a focus on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management

Conduct routine exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans

Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a team-based, patient-centered care model

Supported by on-site lab, imaging, and specialty services Monday–Friday schedule, no call or weekends required

What We Offer

Salary Range:

Nurse Practitioner Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually + productivity incentives

Physician Assistant Salary: $135 - $150,000 annually + productivity incentives

PSLF Eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license

National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

1+ years Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred

Excellent communication and clinical skills

Commitment to providing compassionatet care to a diverse patient population

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
