Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming phone calls and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Following our inbound call process and internet inquiry guides to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our clients
Understanding our automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, features; comparing and contrasting competitive models
Maximizing sales opportunities by setting appointments and building positive relationships with clients
