Servpro of Augusta/Waterville is the premiere restoration services company in the central Maine area. We help customers who experience disasters in their homes and businesses. As the Office Admin, you will be the first point of contact for these customers who are looking for stability in a traumatic time. We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth day to day operations of our office, requiring strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency with computers and general office technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Handle email and phone correspondence efficiently and accurately
Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain organized records and office systems
Support staff and management with administrative tasks as necessary
Utilize computers and various software programs to complete tasks effectively
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well organized
Qualifications:
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Comfortable learning and using new technology and office equipment
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office setting and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
Competitive pay based on experience with a range from $18/hr to $20/hr. We offer a retirement plan with a matching contribution and 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year of employment.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
