Overview Program Analyst-Senior (E30-3): Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst-Senior to join our team supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), E Department.
The Program Analyst will work directly with the client analyzing complex and unique technical support assignments.
The ideal candidate will also require ammunition or fuze experience.
Responsibilities Job duties to include but not limited to: Review Navy Munitions Data documentation Provide engineering guidance for various gun munitions (MCAL, ICAL, & OSGA) Submit / review yearly budgets for munition efforts Review Navy munitions programmatic documentation Review High Explosive Fill procedures & logistics Provide troubleshooting support for gun munition anomalies Qualifications A minimum of five years' work experience in project/program support analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives Experience providing engineering guidance for approval of new gun munitions Experience related to Gun Weapon Systems and/or Navy programs Experience developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance, and assisting engineers in inspecting products, conducting tests, and collecting data Experience analyzing information, systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
