Designer / Draftsman

Job Description

We're hiring for a Designer / Draftsman to join a commercial millwork and casework company in Summerville. This full-time role works closely with Project Managers and Production and will handle projects from submittals through installation.

Designer / Draftsman Responsibilities

Create detailed submittal drawings from architectural specs

Develop construction drawings and methods

Generate bills of materials

CNC programming for standard and custom components

Coordinate with contractors and designers

Manage billable hours to meet project budgets

Designer / Draftsman Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Microvellum

Strong understanding of millwork construction

CNC programming experience preferred

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Familiarity with AWI standards is a plus
