Our partner firm, Assurance Dimensions based in Coral Springs, Jacksonville and Tampa, FL is hiring!
Assurance Dimensions is a licensed and growing CPA firm offering “big firm” services with a personalized touch. We provide tailored financial business solutions to help clients improve efficiency and profitability. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering high-quality service while fostering a culture of growth and development.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Audit Associate with at least 1 year of public accounting experience to join our assurance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue building their career in audit while gaining exposure to a variety of industries. We value team members who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the performance of audit, review, and compilation procedures under supervision.
Prepare workpapers and documentation that support audit conclusions.
Learn to apply accounting and auditing principles to real-world scenarios.
Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and team members.
Assist in gathering and organizing client data and supporting documentation.
Stay current on changes in accounting and auditing standards and firm procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 3.0 GPA or higher in major preferred
Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 1 year of public accounting or audit experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to audit software is a plus (Case Ware & Idea)

This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
