As part of our growing team, we are seeking a flexible and experienced System

Administrator to join our IT department. This role requires a strong background in

system administration, proactive infrastructure monitoring, and the ability to clearly

communicate technical concepts across departments and collaborate with team

members to support cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.

Configure and manage Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Entra ID.

Monitor and maintain Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and general Microsoft security stack.

Deploy, secure, and manage devices using MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf)

Utilize Jira for ticketing, task tracking, and project collaboration.

Support networking infrastructure, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, and access points.

Monitor systems using Datadog (RUM, APM, dashboards, alerting).

Manage print infrastructure and solutions, including PrinterLogic.

Write scripts in PowerShell, SQL, Python, or other languages for automation and reporting.

Mentor junior technical staff and promote best practices.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related IT infrastructure roles.

3+ years of experience in supporting systems within a 24/7 production environment.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or SQL.

Experience with Windows and Linux based systems administration.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies

5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.

3+ years of hands-on networking experience

Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, or other industry-recognized credentials.

Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
