About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
Drive business development efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Manage branch financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and profitability analysis.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
Implement marketing initiatives to promote branch services within the community.
Maintain security protocols and manage risk to safeguard branch assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making.
