Night shifts 5pm - 7am with occasional day shifts 7am - 5pm, 4-6 shifts monthly minimum

10 - 12 patients per provider daily, total unit census around 92 babies

Level III/IV NICU experience required

2-3 additional NPs on staff

EMR: EPIC

Handles high-risk deliveries independently intubations and line placements required

Support staff regularly available

Academic medical center affiliation
