We're Hiring: Marine Construction Estimator

Bay Harbor Marine Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in marine construction and project estimation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for marine construction projects including docks, seawalls, pilings, barges, and related infrastructure

Analyze specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates

Work with vendors for material pricing

Work with municipalities for permitting

Work with engineers

Work with Sales team to determine scope of work

Identify and quantify potential risks and value-engineering opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience in marine construction estimating (minimum 3 years required)

Strong understanding of marine construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
