Cheese Packager

Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Cheese Packager to join their team. As a Cheese Packager, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging operations of string cheeses. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality standards, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Cheese Packager

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Pay Range: $19.50/hr

Schedule: 11pm - 8am Monday - Thursday plus every other Sunday

What's the Job?

Perform the packaging operation of string cheeses while monitoring machinery for quality assurance.

Set up and sanitize all machines prior to daily operations and dismantle and clean them after operations.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.

Accurately record all production information to track efficiency and quality.

Work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.

What's Needed?

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting and stretching tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
