Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst:
In this role, youll be essential to the success of payroll operations for both corporate and field teams, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
Execute weekly and biweekly payroll cycles
Manage the payroll inbox and address employee concerns
Partner with field staff to verify payroll details
Oversee tax configurations and remittance
Handle garnishments and ensure compliance
Maintain and update tax jurisdiction records
What Were Looking For in the Payroll Analyst:
Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
Familiarity with ADP EV5 or Workforce Now systems
Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and people skills
Enjoys working in a team-based, collaborative environment
