Compensation: Up to $70,000 annually based on experience

Other: $1,000 hiring bonus, quarterly incentive pay plan RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Manage and maintain Windows domain and multi-site hybrid cloud/on-premises environment
Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
Provide technical support and help desk services
Configure and maintain corporate servers and networks
Handle user account management and security group memberships
Perform workstation configuration and maintenance PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Associates degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in systems administration
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory
Experience with cloud services, preferably Microsoft 365
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
