Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management: Optimize CRM systems (e.g., Foundant, Salesforce) to enhance fundraising, ensure data accuracy, and streamline donor tracking, gift campaigns, and reporting.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze grant data, develop dashboards, and produce custom reports to guide leadership and donor engagement strategies.

Operational Excellence: Design efficient processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across teams to improve donor experiences and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance, technology, public policy, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in database management, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Philanthropy experience is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a commitment to teamwork, integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
