Treasury Administrative Assistant Purpose:
Support the Treasury team with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Treasury email and resolve issues within 24 hours
Track and deposit $4M+ in checks
Resolve daily check/ACH exceptions
Process returned checks, ACHs, and transfers
Distribute mail and maintain organized filing
Download monthly bank statements and manage portal access
Prepare banking documents and support policy updates
Assist with vendor setup and ACH conversions Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must maintain confidentiality, follow policies, and complete required training
Reports to Treasury Manager
