Field Marketer

A children’s supportive services agency is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Field Marketer to promote mental health services and close client referrals. This role involves community outreach, relationship building, and driving referral growth through genuine engagement and strategic promotion. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, outgoing, and proactive in making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities Include:

Promote mental health services to families, schools, and community organizations.

Build relationships with referral sources such as providers, educators, and community leaders.

Identify and pursue outreach opportunities to generate awareness and referrals.

Represent the organization at events, meetings, and community functions.

Follow up on leads and work collaboratively with intake and clinical teams to close referrals.

Track outreach efforts and maintain clear documentation of activities and results.

Continuously seek new strategies to expand visibility and reach.

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; personable and engaging.

Passion for mental health and children’s services.

Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.

Prior experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement is a plus.

Organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
