Your Impact

As a Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of engineering and infrastructure programs, ensuring successful delivery from planning through completion. You will manage a fully remote workforce, balance project resources, maintain operational efficiency, resolve billing issues, and uphold client satisfaction. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of critical telecom and infrastructure initiatives, while continuously improving internal processes and team performance.Core Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

Manage multiple concurrent engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines, scope, and budget

Monitor program-level risks, dependencies, and change requests

Report project progress and KPIs to leadership and clients

Team Leadership & Staff Management

Lead hiring efforts, onboarding, and offboarding of team members

Allocate and monitor workloads to maintain team balance and productivity

Conduct annual performance reviews, provide coaching, and promote professional development

Monitor timesheets, enforce accountability, and support corrective performance plans

Client & Financial Management

Act as primary liaison with clients to manage expectations and resolve concerns

Investigate and resolve billing issues and discrepancies promptly

Uphold a high level of client satisfaction through responsiveness and problem-solving

Process Optimization & Quality Assurance

Document and refine operational processes for consistency and improvement

Conduct quality control audits to ensure deliverables meet client standards and compliance expectations

Training & Compliance

Provide ongoing training for team members on tools, systems, and procedures

Maintain team alignment with company and client expectations through regular check-ins and compliance oversight

Technology & Systems

Leverage Microsoft Teams for daily communication and collaboration

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations

Ensure appropriate system access for all team members

Other Duties

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Engineering or senior leadershipCore Experience

Experience

5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in engineering or telecommunications

Proven experience managing projects in OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP (Inside Plant) environments

Skills & Abilities

Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex programs and prioritize competing deadlines

Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead remote teams and foster collaboration

Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and resource planning capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Comfortable leading in a remote, fast-paced environment requiring initiative and independence

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. This position is non-exempt, and the base pay range is based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

In addition to hourly wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. We also offer all full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and free professional development courses.

Base Pay Range

$80,000—$85,000 USD
