This is a key leadership role reporting to the VP of Operations. You'll participate in executive meetings and oversee both a recruiter and HR administrator — playing a critical role in how we grow our team and culture.What You'll Lead:

Talent Oversight - Guide hiring plans and ensure compliant recruitment processes while supporting a seasoned recruiting team

Employee Development – Build onboarding, training, and career growth programs that help team members thrive

Payroll & Benefits – Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR compliance with accuracy and care

Culture Building – Foster a values-driven, respectful, and open workplace environment

Technology Oversight – Manage systems like Salesforce, ADP, and Workleap

Team Engagement – Lead employee events, recognition efforts, and culture-building initiatives

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

5+ years of HR leadership experience in a dynamic or growing company

Expertise in employment law, payroll, benefits, and recruiting compliance

SHRM-CP or SCP preferred
