Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the scheduling process by gathering and analyzing data to address various production constraints. This role plays a key part in determining the “what,”, “when,” and “where” of production activities to optimize operational efficiency and meet business objectives. A significant focus of this position is working within the ERP system to manage and enhance scheduling processes. The Supply Chain Analyst will assist in coordinating both the compounding and filling aspects of the production schedule, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Build out new and manage Bill of Material changes in the ERP system by gathering build requirements from the sales team.
Track customer-supplied components by communicating with sales team on delivery dates and quantities.
Track Bell-supplied components by communicating with the purchasing team on delivery dates and quantities.
Create new and update all compounding and filling work orders in the ERP system to ensure accuracy.
Identify and track future component shortages and communicate those shortages to the master planner.
Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall planning process.
Spearhead any ERP cleaning projects and help develop systems to keep the ERP system running smoothly.

Strong PC skills such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Required Education and Experience
BA or BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain role
Preferred Education and Experience:
BA of BS Degree in supply chain management, MIS, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a scheduling, purchasing, or demand planning role.
Bilingual – Spanish.
