ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role is a Front Desk Administrator for the Miller/Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency you are vital to our daily business operations in managing growth and retention through customer service support, and being an organized individual who can assist the team in any way needed. Dedication to our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments will help improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reach monthly appointment goals
Develop sales leads and follow ups
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Assist taking payments in office as well as over the phone
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service.
Must have Illinois State Insurance License, or willing to get licensed before starting.
Part-time
