Product Development Manager / Site Lead

The Product Development Manager / Site Lead will direct DevSecOps delivery, staffing, and stakeholder engagement; own sprint cadence, risk, and quality for the ADSM portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead agile backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demo readiness
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure phase-in within 30 days (
Maintain CI/CD pipeline health and zero-trust posture
Report performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
10+ years full-stack leadership with Azure pipelines
PMP: Project Management Professional or CSM: Certified ScrumMaster
SEC+: CompTIA Security+ (IAT-II)
BS in CS/IT
Must reside onsite at Rock Island Arsenal
Preferred
SAFe SPC: Scaled Agile Program Consultant
PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect
Prior Army Sustainment Command program success
Ability to work full time onsite
Active Secret Federal Security Clearance
This is a contingent position, with work expected to begin in August 2025
