Job Purpose:

The Implementation Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new companies to offer our voluntary benefits to their employees. This role involves effective communication, project management, and client preparation to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.

Essential Functions

Client Onboarding: Guide new companies through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to offer our voluntary benefits to their employees.

Communication: Establish and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing their questions and providing timely updates throughout the onboarding process.

Project Management: Manage the implementation process, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure a seamless transition.

Client Training: Provide training and support to clients on our voluntary benefits platform and related tools.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.

Documentation: Maintain organized records and documentation related to client onboarding and implementation.

Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports to management on the progress and success of onboarding initiatives.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve the onboarding process.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally.Skills / Qualifications

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency with client relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Effective time management and organization skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRequired Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree from accredited UniversityPreferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in project management, client relationship management or account management roles.

5+ years of experience in a sales or client introductory roleAdditional Eligibility Qualifications

This job operates in a hybrid professional office / home office environment. A portion of your schedule will be allocated to work in our Uptown Houston high-rise office, while another portion will be scheduled for you to work from an appropriate home environment. These arrangements may be adjusted as needed to suit business needs.Physical Demands

Ability to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time.

Use of a computer, keyboard, and other standard office equipment.

Occasional lifting of materials or objects up to [weight limit, e.g., 25 pounds] may be required.

Mobility within the office for meetings, interactions, and accessing office facilities.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, including via phone and electronic means.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work will be based around the business need and be determined by your department leadership. When working from a location other than the company office, you are expected to be actively working and engaged throughout each shift.Travel
