As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol in Saint Petersburg, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an Access Control Officer in a tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all occupants. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by following access control procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related incidents.

Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and granting access according to established protocols.

Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations observed during patrols or while monitoring access points.

Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license in the state of employment is required for driving positions only.

A valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements is required for driving positions only.

Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
