Now Hiring: Regional Clinical Nurse – RN Long-Term Care Quality Assurance Leader

Location: Ohio-Based Travel Required (Up to 75%)

Kingston Healthcare is hiring a Regional Clinical Nurse to help lead and elevate care standards across our skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facilities in Ohio.

What You’ll Do as a Regional Clinical Leader (RN):

Work closely with our QA team to uphold and implement clinical best practices.

Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.

Lead quality improvement efforts and implement corrective action plans.

Support facilities during surveys and regulatory reviews, including writing Plans of Correction (POCs).

Conduct facility audits, identify areas for improvement, and coach teams toward success.

Collaborate with Directors of Nursing (DONs), ADONs, and Staff Development Nurses to mentor and guide performance.

Participate in QAPI (Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement) and staffing strategy meetings.

Travel to communities across Ohio (approx. 75% travel).

What You Bring to the Role:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.

Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care, with proven leadership in QA or DON roles.

In-depth knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.

Familiarity with MDS and RAI processes.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills—able to coach and collaborate across all levels.

Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical records system.
