Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking:

Position: Quality Lab

Shift: M-F 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $14/hr

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Job Summary:

The Quality Lab Associate supports quality control by conducting routine testing and inspections of materials, components, and finished products. This role ensures that all items meet established quality and safety standards before being released or shipped. The associate will document test results, maintain lab equipment, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic lab tests and inspections on incoming and outgoing materials.

Record and report results accurately.

Assist with identifying and documenting product defects or issues.

Maintain lab cleanliness and equipment in good working order.

Follow safety and quality protocols at all times.

Support other quality team members as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous lab or quality control experience is a plus.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Must be able to pass a vision test and math/algebraic test
