Program Manager

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Program Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading complex software implementation initiatives, specifically focused on Brightree or Bonafide DME solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of large-scale, multi-year projects within budget, scope, and schedule.

Lead software implementations of Brightree or Bonafide, covering order intake, order processing, and revenue cycle management.

Coordinate project teams across offshore and offsite locations.

Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Oversee vendor relationships and SOWs.

Track and report on KPIs, budgets, and project health.

Coach and mentor junior project managers and project leads.

Essentials:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management roles.

Proven experience managing project budgets exceeding $5M.

Strong financial acumen and experience using MS Project and Project Online/Server.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.

Experience managing software implementations and cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated success in stakeholder and vendor management.

Strong ability to lead in a matrixed organization.

Skilled in risk/issue management, strategic decision-making, and team leadership.

Ability to manage up to three concurrent projects or multiple project managers.

Desired:

PMP certification.

Experience with SBAR (Situation, Background, Analysis, Recommendation).

Familiarity with Brightree or Bonafide software.

Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions at the appropriate level.

Business partnership mindset with the ability to influence and persuade.

Experience coaching junior-level project managers.
